Low profile cooling

Hi guys. I am looking for a true low profile cooler and fan that sits no taller than 50mm. I just purchased the AC Freezer 7 LP, however it's not as "low profile" as I was led to believe. OC have the height incorrectly stated as 42mm, yet the box next to me is saying 68mm (fan plus cooler), actually bigger than the standard fan I removed.

Does anyone use or know of a cooler that is no taller than 50mm?

I am only cooling an Intel P4 which I may end up throttling back due to the limited space in the case.

I had considered water cooling but after consideration it's not an option for me.

ZEROtherm CF900 Low Profile - 52mm without fan
coolermaster Vortex 752 - 50.4 without fan
Auras SLC-747 Low Profile - 46mm without fan
ASUS V-72 - 45mm without fan
AC Freezer 7 LP - 42 (H) (to air intake level) / 53 (H) (with fan holder) mm
SST-NT01-E - with Heatpipes bent flat (gheto I know)
SST-NT07-775 - 36.5mm inc fan!
AKASA AK-360 / AK-361 LOW PROFILE (there are loads)
The cooler inside Dell SFF (via bay) would also work s478 stuff mostly
Most U1 coolers with some modification should work

Good case air flow / fan mounted on side of HS essential

Couple of things i would check first,
Will it go on skt 478, and is it good enough to cool a P4 (dont they run kinda hot)

What case are you using?

A second-hand Zalman Reserator 1 will cost about £70 and do the job in total silence.

freddie: It's socket 775 I believe. I will throttle back the CPU if neccessary, it's just a toy computer, more of a fun project than a serious PC.

WJA96: As I said, not really a serious computer, just a toy I don't want to spend serious money on.
