Low profile CPU block?

I'm wondering if there are low profile CPU blocks out there. In particular I'm hoping for ones where the barbs come out sideways, as these should be slimmer than a normal block with 90 degree barbs. I found an old GPU one:

I'm trying to work out if a watercooled motherboard can fit into a 1U box (max 44mm high) - the limiting factor seems to be the waterblock.

edit: I've found a slightly more modern version by EK, though the mounting holes don't line up well with a motherboard, it's better than the dangerden in that respect.

That second one is a GPU block.

Nvm you realise tht, considered a low profile block like an LTX plus a pair of 90 deg fittings?
