Not low profile as such, but far from gargantuan! Quiet too. I had the older version and it never let me down, decent airflow no fuss.

I'm assembling n htpc and did consider scythe shurken, until i read some reviews of it, most of them negative.

I'm also looking for something quiet and low profile. For now i got myself Arctic Freezer 11 LP. Previously used AF7LP and it performed well...
Still, small case may require something better than cheapest. We'll see...
