low Profile CPU Cooler

Looking for a new CPU cooler for my AM3 955 to fit in a Lian Li PC-V351b as unfortunately my Freezer pro rev 2 wont fit and im now stuck with the horrendously loud AM3 Phenom stock heatsink.

Any suggestions?

It looks small enough, but apparently its 143mm high which is too big. Needs to be sub 120mm

The Antec Kuhler Shelf is 120mm high
