Low profile face plates - Server NIC?

Guys,

I've got a quad port NIC that has a high profile face plate on it. I want to put this in a slimeline server (DL360 G6).

Does anyone know of anywhere that will sell just the face plate? I presume one will have come with this NIC initially but that's long gone.

Any ideas?
