Just upgrade my home server from a Sempron x2 190 to an FX4100.

It's currently cooled by a Rev 2 Arctic Freezer 7. it sits at around 50c in the bios with an acceptable level of fan noise, however once even a core or two are loaded up by the Virtual Machines running the fan noise is getting increasingly irritating.

I have no idea on Temperatures as the build runs ESXi which doesn't allow me to monitor any temperatures.

So I need something a bit more substantial to cool it, only caveat is I need something low profile say no taller than the Arctic Freezer

TLDR: cooler same sizer or smaller than an Arctic Freezer 7 for an FX4100. Low noise a priority

edit: Budget is flexible but I'd like to spend as little as possible

I can't remember the particular model but have a look at the low profile noctua one? Their fans are top quality and it's flat
