Low profile HSF for HTPC

I've got a AMD A8-3850 APU on a Asus F1A75-M PRO motherboard in an Antec Minuet 350 case that makes my HTPC. I'm currently using the stock HSF and it's not great. It constantly spins up to its highest setting at which it's very loud and when its even slightly warm it can overheat and turn off. I've increased the case airflow and that has helped, but it's still not ideal for a HTPC.

Any ideas on a decent, reasonably priced HSF that will fit my motherboard/cpu/case setup?

This has been recommend, but not sure if it will fit? Or if it's even any good?

Haven't used the Shuriken but have Thermalright AXP-100 and know it's very good. More expensive than Shuriken and may be more cooler than you need.. but more cooler means you can run fan slower for same temps. Assume your motherboard has PWM support. Cools my i7 920 very nicely. Reverse the fan so it draws air out of cooler and it will exhaust out of top vent in your Minuet. Works better than blowing down. ;)
My thoughts on AXP-100
