Low profile S939 ihs cooling?

Hi guys

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on this! basicly i would like to if possible put my IHS removed opteron into a silverstone SG01 evolution? if i cant then ill just buy another cpu

but would like to save that hassle if possible!

So any surgestion? i think the max height room i have is 80mm... i have seen the Swiftech MCX6400-V but im unsure of its height and if the heatsink will work with a IHS removed cpu? of course you also have the SilverStone Nitrogon NT03 but again im stumped if the thing will fit on a IHS removed cpu!!

Would prefer the swiftech as i believe that will be a better cooler, any help pls guys :confused:

You need a cooler with screws rather than clip mounting, although those that use the clip mounting method can be used with a modified retention bracket

hiper or akasa made 1 thats "u" size or something, its meant to be designed for the hiper chasis
