Low profile TV Tuner Free view for small factor

Any ideas on a suitable card?

I purchased a Compro 300 card from OCuK today, and although the description says its low profile, the actual back plate is full size, so wont fit into my HTPC case

aye, suppose i could, just drill out the panel which comes from the PC, and remove the current backplate!
