i need to get some ram sinks on my 1900xt, as i've been doing without them for a few months, and can't really overclock my ram as a result (although i have a low speed fan blowing over them).

Trouble is though, because of my gpu block (maze4) there's a couple of rams which are obscured by the barbs of the block. As such, i really need some fairly 'low' ram sinks to squeeze in there (8mm perhaps?). The zalamn ones won't really do i think.

Any ideas? Thanks.

(Or are they not really necessary at all??)

Ram sinks are not needed IMO. You will get marginal if any increase in memory clocks in my experience :)

If your watercooling you need a fan to keep the power regs cool.
