Low read, write and copy on dual channel SBE platform. Help please!

First of all, i have 2x4GB F3-17000CL9D-8GBXM @ 2133 9-10-10-25. I have tried multiple RAM configurations. i have tried 1-4. 1-3. 2-4. (2-4 being the one recommended in the manual for dual channel) And im still getting ridiculous read and write speeds. Latency is fine.

I got no idea guys, i also tried 1 stick of RAM. I would get half of the bandwidth of whats shown in the pic. So there is consistent scaling from single to dual.

Help a bro out.
