Low rise ex 16 graphics card needed

I have a C521 Dell computer and need a low rise graphics card for it what would you recommend ?

They say the ATI radeon 1300 pro ex 16 wil fit but its a bit weedy

Club 3d made a lowpro x1650 (RV530) should be a lot faster than the 1300 but performance is hardly earth shattering.

MSI make an HD2400PRO passive low profile card. I have one for my media centre and its decent, just depends really what your expecting out of it and what your going to be using it for.

So long as you are looking for media use only......HD2400 could be the one.....not sure that there are any particularly good gaming cards in low-profile guise
