Low spec lan games

GTA 1 is awesome on a lan.

I have been wanting to run CS 1.6 (not source) on some low spec PC's and ther server mod on an old server on a lan. I have been struggling to find the server files and patches to get the game running.
does anyone have any link to CS 1.6 downloads and resources. It must be about 5 years since i last set this up. I remeber having a 110MB HLserver disk and i managed to get that stats running through PHP/MYSQL with a mod made by pyschostats.
It was class, but i think i binned all must stuff a while back
