low spec pc can it play css

My bro has just got broadband, so i bought him css so while im waiting for it to arrive ive just remembered hes got a slow ass machine, so will it run:

p4 2.4-2.8 something like that, cant remember?
512mb-1gb something like that, cant remember lol?
ati 9200 64gb
playing at 1024x1280 i think

He likes to when he comes around my house to play on 64 player servers, will he be able to. Graphics he doesnt care about really so he can have all the settings on low, as long as he has a smoothish fps.

Should run easily on his machine.

Minimum: 1.2 GHz Processor, 256MB RAM, DirectX 7 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/ME/98, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection.

Recommended: 2.4 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX 9 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

yeah my old spec was worst than that and ran big games fine at lowest detial.

play 1.6 instead

get a high fps config from css nation or something, it will make css look average but your fps will be fairly decent.
