Far far away....
There are various threads on here with people who have very high overclocks and insanely low temperatures.

There are people on here running CPU's that are clocked heavily yet still have temps lower than my Q6600 at stock.

Now look at my PC spec in my sig and my idle temps are currently 38, 38, 32, 32.

Under load, Prime95 I am hitting 47'c. My case is tidy, cables are tucked away, nothing internally to restrict the airflow. My CPU fan is blowing up through the HSK into the built in 120mm fan drawing air out.

The room my PC is in is very cool, the PC is under the window, the radiator is off and the floors are wooden.

So how do you do it !?!?!

Water Cooling... or very very powerful fans and Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme heatsinks and a lot of case airflow

But you are a prime example of what I mean, look at your Q6600 on air !!

Motherboard fan headers on my board are rated at 24Watt 2Amps (or I believe 84Watts / 7 Amps across the whole board), the deltas I am using are only 10Watt 1Amp each

Delta do a whole big range of fans, the ones I use are not as powerful as the "Delta Fan" you can buy in the UK but only push 25CFM or so less.. again "Delta" & "EFB1212SHE" <- model number, into a search engine should find them

There is another example, 1.2Ghz overclocked compared to my Q6600 yet only a 10'c increase in temperature and that is under load!
