Low tick plz help

Hi guys, I got a problem, recently my CS:S has become somewhat mucked up, my tick rate in net_graph shows up as 13, wen it should be 66 , 100 etc.. how do i fix this?

tried cl_cmdrate XXX and cl_updaterate XXX in the console? substitute xxx for what suits your conection best.

r edit it in your .cfg file then change the file to read only so servers don't permanently change your settings i'm guessing.

100 100 and rate 25000

thx guys it was set to 56k thats y it was 68 and 13 then wen i changed it to 100 it was perfect, thx again
