Low Usage ISP?

Hi,

My parents are on plusnet premier for £22 a month and their usage per month is usually 1 - 2 gig, sometimes under 1. I think, for the service they are using this is expensive so want to move them to a cheaper alt. What ISP should I choose for them? They only browse the net, thats it.

I am on Nildram, Broadband 2 service, and it is great! Have had just one outage since joining them in June, and the outage was for 6 hours i think. That's all. I recommend them

They could always change their package to Broadband Plus which is only £14.99 a month.

Or get a phone deal with Orange and get 8MB interwebnet "free"
