Just updated my whole system from i7 3930k and treat myself, read and copy speeds seem decent, 48kmbs ish each but reads 27k. Doesn't seem right? It's way behind most stuff on the comparison on adia64 write test.

4x 8gb 3200 gskil ares 3600mhz 14,14,14,14,28 timings
MSI x570 tomahawk
Ryzen 5700x

Any help appreciated I'm new to ryzen

Mine is only 28k on write speed and looking on the net seems a common score. All other scores are fine.

2 x 16GB 3600Mhz Crucial Ballistix (XMP 16-18-18-38)
X570 Tomahawk
5800X

RAM is Micron E-die and Dual Rank.

Latest chipset drivers and Windows 10 updates all installed.

Not on the latest bios (7C84v18), so may update soon.

Single chiplet Zen3 CPUs only have access to half write bandwidth
So this is normal

And doesn't affect any real world application outside synthetic benchmarks

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it. It probably doesn't accurately reflect real world performance.

I've got 4 sets of B Die memory and there's a small difference between them all in real world but some are 3200CL14, 3200CL15 dual rank and others are 3600CL14.

I would say that improving your sub timings would improve real world performance, use this guide:
