Hello all,
I will be buying a 400d in the next week or two, and I would like a suitable photography bag. I have come across the Lowepro Computrekker AW, and I would like to know if it would carry a 15'' Macbook Pro? I have googled it and I can't find anything.

Also does anyone have this bag? What do they think of it?
Are there any other photo/laptop bags which are any good?

Thanks!

CompuTrekker AW:

It's amazing what google will do for you ;)

By the way, have you considered how heavy it's going to be? With all my kit I wouldn't want to carry much more, especially a laptop.

I suppose so… So are there any photo bags anyone recommends, preferable water proof (seeing as this is the uk  )? It would have to be able to carry a tripod.

I (like a lot of others on here) use the Lowepro Minitrekker AW....

Capacity: SLR with attached 80–200mm f/2.8 lens (most makes), additional body, 4–6 more lenses

Size (Interior): 11W x 5D x 14.5H in. 28 x 12.5 x 37 cm

Size (Exterior): 12W x 12.5D x 16H in. 30.5 x 32 x 40.5 cm

I also have a laptop in a seperate bag that I take if I think I will need it e.g. a long stay somewhere. I can then leave the laptop in a hotel room or the car if the car visible from where I will be.

Ah, thats brill, will try and take a look at it in town (hope a camera shop has one).
Thanks Gord!

I had a mini trekker, sold it and bought a computrekker aw. I hardly ever use it as it is FAR too heavy. Bought another mini trekker aw.

Try Crumpler, they make some good bags that would be ideal for this :) Personally i have a LowePro MiniTrekker AW, it's not bad at all (and i've tested the AW bit quite a lot!).

I would look at the crumpler range but their website is god awful… Plus I don’t think there bags can carry tripods.
