E6600 with a P5B deluxe ...
3.2 gig at 365*9 @ 1.5V Vcore
vs
3.25 gig at 407x8 @ 1.5375 Vcore (it needs that much to be able to post ! - getting into windows is easy - needs High Vcore to be able to post on a reset though - bizarrely)
BUT
I get low temps with no.2 even though 2 notches higher on Vcore and higher clock ... I know the strap is easier on the mobo at 400+ but does that then effect the CPU temp ?
which is worse for the CPU - no.1 or no.2 ?
