lower overclock than was expecting

Ok brought a pre overclocked bundle from overclockers, just booted up and the System is claiming that the speed is only 3.6ghz instead of the 4.6ghz advertised.
Have i cocked something up??

Is this speed as read by using CPU-Z?

If not, download CPU-Z and open it up, then run a stress test program such as Prime95 or even SuperPI should do it, and see if the core speed ramps up to what you are expecting.
