Colne.... Up Norf.
Ive currently got an MSI GTX1080 Armor OC graphics card and its just approx 20mm too tall for the new computer ive just put it in, meaning I cannot get the case on... Id considered modding the side of the case but as the computer has a 3year warranty unless I can source a spare panel that isnt an option.

So now im looking at lower profile cards, it seems from my quick google searchs ive managed to buy pretty much the tallest card in the world at 140mm.

Can anyone recommend an up to 120mm tall card preferably with power sockets on the end rather than top edge, although im sure I could buy some 90degree graphic power cables.

Or, am I best waiting for Volta now?

Cards that use the founders edition PCB should come at under 120mm. The FE card and PCB is 112 CM and some aftermarket models which use the PCB such as EVGA SC ACX would also fit the bill. Would need an adapter like EVGA Powerlink which is an adaptor that plugs in on one side then routes power cable from rear, but it adds more height.

Not sure when Volta is out so could be waiting a while or it could be soon. Anyone who genuinely knows, will not be able to talk so is all guess work as to when its out.
