Lowering Fan Speed.

Hi,

I'm using MSI Afterburner at the moment, but don't seem to be able to reduce the fan speed of my card any lower than the default, which is 38%. Well, that seems a little on the high side to me, and although it's not especially noisy, it still would be helpful if I could lower it a bit more.

How do I go about accessing a lower fan speed? Is there a more suitable software than Afterburner that can remedy this?

Not that I know how to but if you are still on 980Ti, you could modify the bios or maybe someone can mod it for you, the actual flashing of a gpu is very easy and is better than relying on software.

Which card is it? Sometimes 30-38% is the lowest speed.

Yeah I used to have a card whose lowest fan speed was still unnecessarily high. Fortunately my new one can drop to 0%.
