lowering latency

i got ram, c9 ram. can the timings be lowered? would i lose bandwidth? i don't mind running 1600mhz ram at 1333 if i can tighten up the timings a bit..

You might be able to tighten the timings, give it a try, hit c8 at 1333, if it boots then try c7 which may not work but it's worth a try, if you want to raise voltage this will help keep the ram stable at tighter timings. don't forget the other timings to get better performance.
