My contract with Tmobile ended a few months ago, I havent been checking my bills but it seems that my loyalty discount has been removed, in addition I have been charged for internet, where before I wasnt. I called them up and as my contract ended I am effectively out of contract so lost the benefits.
is this the norm? Is this even legal?
Now when/if I start a new contract Im going to have to start from scratch - its not exactly rewarding to log term customers is it..
