LTSC or regular version? Opinions?

So windows 11, which version? I've heard ltsc can have issues, I could install a stripped down version of regular but updates will reinstall everything or so I've heard, opinions? Gaming is a concern (but not bothered about xbox app). Cheers.

LTSC, not had any issues with it as f yet. I did reinstall the app store though.
