Lube me up

Technically o-ring chains do not even need lubing. Some motocross riders, simply do not bother, and its fair to say their chains see there fair share of gravel & grit.

Scottoilers rock

Scottoiler.

Likewise. Had one for years on all my bikes. Couldn't go back to faffing around with a spray can of lube now. I run a Mille RSV which is fairly well breathed upon and its still on the same Tsubaki X Ring chain and Renthal sprokets that it had fitted 6 years ago. Still in tip top condition and rarely needs adjusting.

The Scottoiler has a big part to play in that. ;)

I would use the dry stuff but I am going to be riding every day, even if it rains. Which means I'll have to clean, dry and reapply every day. I'd like to just apply once a week ideally.

you only need to clean and lube a chain every 400 miles, why on earth would you be cleaning and lubing everyday?
