Need some help asap on this one.
Doing a lumia to lumia swap. Don't this before and it work as it should.
I've created backs on the old device and according to the Microsoft documentation when the new device boots for the first time and you add your Microsoft account it will go and do a synch.
However other than contacts, the theme, sms and photos haven't synced.
I've tried everything so far. I'm not sure, are all this data stored in the users one drive?
when I look at the one drive on the old phone there is 8Gb of images, on the new phone it logs in to the one drive account, but nothing syncs.
Syncing is all turned on on new handset.
Any idea what I'm missing?
