lumina 1520 is it better than the lumina 930?

hope somebody can help me please, got a lumina 930 amazing phone, I'm really happy with it,
but I just noticed the lumina 1520 like it because it has a larger screen wondering if its better speck then the 930?

Very very Slightly, basically identical, apart from bigger battery, glance screen, sd card, but if you want better, you'll want the 950xl which is released ~10 December. Although I still hate the fact they've removed the hardware keys on the 950

wil get that one when it comes out ive just checked the specks only difference I see is the display type

the 930 has a AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors
the 1520 has a IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors

really like the 930 really good quality, just wondering if the 1520 is as good as the 930, is ips as good as amoled? I wonder??
