Lyca mobile are the worst mobile provider I have ever been with, not only can I not make 0800 calls, I can not buy a new plan with my phone credit. Also I had 2 plans running at the same time, they have stolen £5 off my phone credit, I did not have a plan on auto renew as I want to leave them as soon as the plan I do have runs out and I use my credit up to sort out another network. Do not join Lyca they are so rubbish. A bunch of thieves
