Any issues from laying a Midi Tower on its side?

I have an Aerocool DS200 and would like to position it on its side in my Ikea Besta TV cabinet to reduce the amount of space it takes up either when floor mounted or sat on my desk.

If it doesn't block cooling holes you could basically keep case in any position you want.
(though optical drive would need different design to hold disc while sideways)

can't see any reason why not assuming it's all pretty solidly made, although I'd make sure the motherboard is on the 'bottom' when you rotate it.

As has been said, should be ok on its side.

I would suggest getting some feet for the case though, something like "AcoustiFeet Anti-vibration Case Feet"
