Another weird one.
Lync 2010 Client with Outlook 2010. I get the error that there is an Exchange Connection Error. Even though Outlook connects to Exchange fine.
CTRL right click on Lync and I see MAPI errors and no EWS URLs.
Open a 2013 Lync Client on another box, all is well, MAPI shows OK and so does EWS.
Install Lync 2013 client alongside the 2010 client and the 2013 client works ok with EWS but I still see the MAPI error.
My thoughts are that the Lync 2013 client being newer can overcome some of the niggle issues within reason and that the recurring theme is MAPI connection.
What do I need check here? Ditch the Outlook profile? Not really sure.
Thanks
