Lynx / Axe Java spray deodourant

OK so we know this was 'discontinued' in about 2002.

But does anyone know anything that smells like the old Lynx Java? i.e. some available alternative?

I just associate lynx with chavs. They spray half a can of the stuff on themselves before going out. :/

I don't think girls find it particularly appealing either, despite what the ads would have you believe

Lynx reminds me of my old PE changing rooms in school, the combinations of different lynx smells resulted in a foggy cocktail of nasty perfume masking the faint smell of BO, ah the memories..

There's one that smells like chocolate, that worked rather well for me.

I still have half a can of Lynx Java back in England. It's my prized posession - I'm thinking of framing it.

FYI I saw cans of this still for sale in Malaysia when I was there back in 2010 - not sure if it is just ancient stock.

Very true. I'm almost certain it was my first one. I think the Alan Partridge character uses it, which says a lot.

I loved the original ones they did (Nevada, Tempest & Java, Atlantis too however was a bit later) when growing up however I tend not to buy them now, though often I will get the gift set for Christmas/Birthdays as they're an easy gift
