M.2 Sdd - options?

My GF is kindly putting some money towards a Acer v15 Nitro. I have been reading up on it and it comes with an m.2 SSD slot - Not used currently.

What would be a good drive for this? was looking at poss Samsung 850? 205gb?

Looking to replace the standard HDD with SSD (MX200) also...

Rather than getting 2 SSDs go for a single 512GB 850 EVO drive and keep the internal storage.
