But seriously never, defrag an SSD. You will end up damaging it.

Depending on what version of Windows you are using the defrag option should not be available on the SSD drive.
 
As above, Windows will do everything needed automatically with no need for extra software.

For HDDs that means regular defragmentation (because they are spinning media like a CD or record so it's best if related sectors are near each other).

For SSDs that means regular TRIM commands ('garbage collection' that tidies up partially used blocks to keep performance high).
