Hi, want build a HTPC using GB H55M-UD2H in a Antec NSK2400 Case.

This is my first m-ATX build am a bit confused re GB Motherboard on their Website they state dimensions of 24.4cm x 23cm rather than standard m-ATX form factor of 24.4 x 24. Question is will the Case have standoff holes to offset by 1 cm?

should have enough stand offs to support any m-atx motherboard. Looking at the screw points on the gigabyte website I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.

I'm using a v350 and one of the holes doesn't line up with the standoff on the tray.

It's the one in the top right and there isn't a hole in the tray at that position to put a stand off in. All the other holes in the board line up with ones on the mobo tray though. :)

M-atx spec here.

In short there are two adjacent holes in the spec, a motherboard can have either but the case should have both. Of course, occasionally motherboard and case manufacturers ignore parts of the official spec, or work to an outdated one. In your example there may be one, perhaps even two holes that don't line up with the case, but it's nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the Pic. Whats interesting is that your v350 has the extra mounting points as per this pic: http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w31/viper1405/tray.jpg

However, looking at the NSK2400 it doesn't seem to have another row of holes : http://www.thinkcomputers.org/reviews/Antec_NSK2400/tn_antecnsk (21).JPG

I suppose Id have to bolt on the final row of standoffs directly to the Board.

With my Antec Micro Fusion it only as 2 stand-offs in that you put screws into. The board then sits on some raised points.

It's rather strange, I'm guessing NSK2400 will be similar or the same, it will be fine don't worry, you won't have to screw extra ones in yourself. :)
