M-ATX Motherboard for C2D E4200

Hi,

I am looking for suggestions on what M-ATX board to go for to use with a E4200 to achieve a reasonable overclock? I don't really want to spend more than £50 if possible. I don't require on-board video or anything too fancy.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think ive seen any matx board that will do over 300 fsb. With a 4300 that will get you 2.8ghz

I run my Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD at 333x9 24/7 with no stability issues whatsoever.

For overclocking it's easily the best mATX C2D board around. Tops out around 350FSB apparantly, although i'm happy with 333. Not sure what you would get from an E4200.
