AMD Phenom II X6 1055T, Thuban, Six Core, S AM3, 2.8GHz, 9MB Total Cache, HT 2000MHz, 95W, OEM - is 95w version better than the 125w version?

Asus M4A88T-M, AMD 880G, S AM3, PCI-E 2.0 (x16), DDR3 1866(OC), SATA RAID, mATX, On Board Graphics - is this a decent m-atx mobo- any good for a little overclocking?

4GB (2x2GB) Corsair XMS3, DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333) Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24, DHX, 1.5V

1GB Sapphire HD 5770 Vapor-X, PCI-E 2.1 (x16), 4800MHz GDDR5, GPU 860 MHz, DL DVI, Display Port,HDMI Really not sure on GPU's are nvidia better in the sub 150 bracket?

Could look at a 460, better and sub 150, either 768mb version for circa 115 or 1gig version for circa 135
