So I ordered my brother an RC A-Team Van from Firebox, and noticed these:

Heard of them before, plenty of videos on youtube so I thought **** it I'll order some.

How addictive are they? I can't leave these balls alone! :o:D

The Mega M-Cube has 1000 balls! but I'm happy with my 236 ones for the moment.

For the life of me though, I cannot get it back into a square shape, very annoyingly addictive.

Anyway, thanks for the info I hear you say. I'm gonna go play with my balls more.

Now that looks like it could drive me to drink!
Or maybe save me from it as it's supposed to be a stress reliever too.

Either way, DON'T WANT ONE! Much...

My son has one. It's ridiculously addictive :(

I bet my son £5 he couldn't get it back into a cube. He did it in about half an hour :(
He did it by making the 'layers' separately, then 'pasting' them together one at a time.

If you scour the bay, you can get non branded versions of of these (they are only a load of magnetic ball bearings after all) and yes, they are stupidly fun to play with (till you lose one and cant make the cube anymore :()

It's all about magnets isn't it?

Damn magnets, how do they work?

I love magnets, there's just something addictive and fascinating about them :) They seem to wake up the curious child/mad scientist in me.

They're awesome and infuriating. I can get it back into a cube but it takes a good couple of minutes. It can be fascinating how you just start linking them together and all of a sudden you've created a weird isometric 3D shape. Currently have it displayed on my window sill in some strange contortion. Will get a pic later.

I bought a huge neodymium magnet off the bay and have to say it's great fun. Trouble is it has nearly taken my finger off a few times and I'm paranoid about it wiping data if it gets too close to anything important.

The cube looks slightly less dangerous and more fun!
