Will my new build bottleneck the HD 7990?

Fractal Design Node 304 (White)
1000W SilverStone Tech. Strider
Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe
3570K (going to be 4.5GHz)
H90
1TB VelociRaptor
HD 7990
8GB Corsair Vengeance

the 7990 is more powerful than the 290X, and if you go for a 290X you may as well get one of the pre-flashed 290's as they are far cheaper and have the exact same performance as a 290X.

Also you wont need a PSU that powerful, you could get a 650/700 for a 290X or a 750/800 for a 7990. (assuming that they are high quality PSU's)

The 290X is loud and hot (more so than the 7990 apearently.. So a small case isn't a great place for it..

Same story with the 290 (non-X)

Hmm, forgot that, 7990 it is then.

One thing, the 140mm fan should be intake for the H90 right? Then the GPU will be blowing the opposite direction, plus the 92mm's have no where to blow but towards the back. So i guess the H90 will have to be exhaust.

I used the fan on my H60 as an intake and the 2x60's on the front also as intakes and then used the psu fan as the exhaust, worked fine and my 3570k never went above 40 degrees.
