I have done a search so I hope its not a repost.

Google has 5 new tools to test things

1, Test your connection speed and receive sophisticated diagnosis of problems limiting speed

2, Test whether BitTorrent is being blocked or throttled

3, Diagnose common problems that impact last-mile broadband networks

4, Determine whether an ISP is giving some traffic a lower priority than other traffic

5, Determine whether an ISP is degrading the performance of a certain subset of users, applications, or destinations.

I just tested my IP(Virgin) with the BitTorrent tester and all is ok

Now trying others..
