I want to install windows on my nvme drive in my M2 slot but the gigabyte bios does not recognize it as a bootable device, but it still does recognize the drive so it knows i have one in there....HELP

Can you elaborate? It sounds like you're saying that you can't change boot priority, but that the drive is present in the bios?

If so, I would suggest just remove all other drives and boot the PC, it should just install Windows on the nvme without needing to change boot priority.

Thats right the drive is present in the bios, there are 3 tabs: SATA PCIE and M.2 M.2 is the only drive I have installed on the pc and when you click on the tab it tells you it is there, in my case it's the western digital nvme.

However when I go to the Boot Sequence tab and click on Windows Boot Manager it says "no bootable device found" so how on earth am i supposed to install windows on that drive then?

Install windows from a usb stick onto the drive, an empty drive will never be bootable

Thats all I get when I try to run media creation tool, what a joke!
