Just wondering if anyone had a similar thing happen to them, I pulled out of south mimms services back onto the m25, heading towards Enfield, the camera on the gantry randomly flashed, however there was no limit displayed (It was roughly 10am this morning) and I was going roughly 50mph as my lorry is limited to 52 regardless.

Not sure if that’s a wonky camera or what’s going on down there?
Pretty positive it was just a single flash; not the usual double snap.

I had that happen to me next to Junction 27, just before the tunnel, however you guessed it never received a thing.

I see them cameras go off all the time for no apparent reason, just wondering what the cause could be?

Couple of my colleagues at work had a similar thing happen to them and obviously never received a thing, they think it’s the reflective “Highway Maintenance” sticker we got at the back of our trailers that sets off the cameras but I find that hard to believe.

Tall trailer by any chance? - I've had this frequently over the years with taller trailers especially.

Absolutely nothing to worry about, the camera is triggered but your speed is limited as you say.

Not really a tall trailer; it’s one of them walking floors tarmac ones, either way like u said I was doing under the limit so probably won’t hear much about it.
