M2N32-SLI DLX Corsair xms2 2gb errors

i have the 2x1gb kit that is meant to run at 5-5-5-12-1T

memtest reports so many errors at these settings and my system keeps blue screeing with 'stop' errors.

at the 'auto' settings of 5-5-5-18-2T it also has errors

i turned them down to ddr400 from ddr800 and set memory skew to normal and i get no errors at 5-5-5-18-2T

i have tried the memory in both pairs of slots and individually too

is there a best setting to use for this ram?

damn i put the sticks individually at the rated 5-5-5-12-1T

one stick was fine the other was riddled with errors.

time to rma back to ocuk!

thanks i always use ocuk for my bits so i thought i'd try here as a few people had m2n32 problems.

ok well my ram is packed up and ready to go back on monday so we'll see how the new pair performs at the end of the week.
