M32U power issue

about once a week when i try and turn on the monitor using the joystick button it doesn't respond

when power the monitor off and on using the switch at the back of the monitor its then fine,or when i turn the monitor off at the mains its also fine ,only does it about once a week
firmware is f10

Mine does exactly the same thing mate, I’ve tried updating the software but it’s made no difference.
