is there any free m4a to mp3 converters? i cant seem to find any, i tried a couple of cracked ones but they were a bit too dodgy.

i'm pretty certain foobar will do it. even though it's primary purpose is as a media player, it can convert between any file formats that it supports playing. just add the .m4a files to a playlist, select them all and select 'convert' from the right click menu.
