I always loved the Casio databank calculators and psion computers in the 8/90s and was thinking of getting one to re-life memories. But I’m not sure what I would do with it…

Anyway this seems to a new/different rabbit hole that I’ve totally missed but I’ve seen a few projects that i could have fun with.

The normal day use for it would be a SSH device allowing me to remote into my home server, even thou I’m never that far away from a computer or a tablet/phone…

I too have a soft spot for impractical but cool bits of technology! Great to have a play around with but for me, always end up lying in the back of a drawer somewhere! Doesn't stop me wanting to buy everyone that I see... Had my eye on the ClockworkPi uConsole or devTerm (that one has a printer) for a while too. It's really sad that the modern smart phone is so ... useful in every way, makes these more niche devices harder to justify!

it arrived today, impressed with the build of it but not had a chance to have a real play with it yet due to lack of staff and loads of work to do.
But the weekend is here now..
