M5 Launch Control

The launch does look really fast, a bit suspicious but I don't think it's sped up. It's a 4.1 second to 60 car. It may be a 5 door saloon and weigh a load but 500+ bhp v10 f tw :)

I can't work out if it's been sped up or not, as the next clip has been...

I'm pretty sure it has, though I'm not denying the fact that the car launches very fast.

I think they're trying to emulate the camera tricks used in Knight Rider to make it look like the car was going much faster than it really was.

not sped up imo, and as above whats wrong with smoking up the tyres, no point in spending out on a powerful car if you aren't allowed to have a laugh in it.

That first launch -   - Must be speeded up - it certainly looks thus.

Its one of those watch over & over clips regardless!

Tommo! Spie! C'mon, spill 't beans as to what its REALLY like. ;)

 So if you use a feature which has been provided on a car, then you void the warranty? Seems a bit retarded imo, why have that feature if they're basically saying it'll break something?

Hmm, BMW include a "Transmission auto destruct at the owners request mode" it seems then?

I don't blame you for not trying it!
