M5 Temptation

Seen a lovely 05/55 model, dealer to call back tomorrow morning with a part-exchange quote for my 530i M Sport Touring. I’m worried about the fuel consumption:

Urban (mpg) 13.0
Extra-urban (mpg) 27.7
Combined (mpg) 19.6

I believe that I won’t get much more than 200 miles per tank full. My wife will probably kill me if I get it. My heart says go for it but my head says no, what do you think?

Guys, thanks for your comments. Common sense prevails, given that most of my driving will be around town, I can’t justify the M5 and the 530i M Sport Touring stays. The head rules the heart!
