Save yourself the ballache from advice from someone who knows their stuff.
If you use an fx8 with that board, it won't work out well, you'll never see the stock clocks as it'll be throttling and there's no cure as the board is a complete ****.
Other 4+1 phase budget matx boards like the 78lmtusb3 are fine as the vrms are superior, but not your current board.
